Refund policy
If you have received either faulty, damaged or an incorrect product, please email us your order number, relevant photos and reason for your return, within 7 days of purchase. Be sure to include your order confirmation number in the subject line, so we can locate your order easily and process promptly.
Should your request be accepted, we will send an email confirming processing details for a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable, insured service as we are not accountable for any items damaged or lost in return transit.
All products must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging.
Please note that Gunk Off Skincare does not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
